Dogs Teach Us About God !

Often times the experiences that we go through in life bring us closer to God. God has used animals in different ways to communicate with us humans to carry out his good plans. In The Holy Bible we learn that the whale obeyed God and swallowed Jonah and spitted him out at the shore without hurting him.  Many times we overlook the learning that we receive through the creation about God. In the Old Testament and The Angel and Balaam's Donkey (God uses Balaam's donkey to fulfill His purpose ...27When the donkey saw the angel of the LORD, she lay down under Balaam; so Balaam was angry and struck the donkey with his stick.28And the LORD opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, "What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?"29Then Balaam said to the donkey, "Because you have made a mockery of me! If there had been a sword in my hand, I would have killed you by now."…And the LORD opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, What have I done to you, that you have smitten me these three times? for she She said "She was not moving only because the angle of the Lord was in the way". Then The Lord opened Balam's eyes and he bowed low and fell face down. The ANGEL OF THE LORD asks BALAAM," Why have you beaten your donkey three times" ?
God used the Ravens to bring food for Elijah ? Ravens would eat almost anything. So why do you thing they wouldn't eat the food and bring it to Elijah instead? Remember Daniel in the Lion's den...God has used animals to teach us something.
Dog also are one of God's most faithful and loving creation. If we pay close attention we will learn how they too teaches us all about God and His love.
A Dog's Unconditional Love

This little book is brief but profoundly meaningful, pointing out spiritual lessons we all need to hear. Bite-size meditations underline the ways our beloved dogs teach us to understand God's love. These furry friends are more than pets; they are truly angels—beings who bring us messages from a God who loves us endlessly and unconditionally. Just like our dogs do!
Dogs are referred to as “man’s best friend.” They love their masters unconditionally, no matter how the master behaves. Even if the master has flaws, a dog will still show love and devotion. They are forgiving, compassionate, and attentive, and what do they ask in return? To be loved—simply, honestly, all a dog wants is to be loved. So what do dogs have to do with God? More than you might think!

God - Spelled Backwards Makes A Dog

Man's best friend, true companion, full of faithfulness and love... those are just a few of God's attributes that He blessed the dogs with for us humans to cherish.
What if God built human relationships with dogs as mirrors of God’s relationship with His people? After all, God loves us unconditionally. God is willing to forgive our flaws. God is always attentive, and He only asks for our love in return. As Christians, we were all puppies once. We all had need of training and guidance in the ways of our Master. We were never perfect; we will never be perfect. Yet God gives us loving discipline to keep us on the right path, just as we do with our furry friends. There are heartwarming correlations between God and dogs, and Christian dog owners will relate. Dogs may be man’s best friends, but we are God’s best friends, and He is waiting to open His arms and love us.

A poem about Dogs
When God had made the earth and sky,
The flowers and the trees.
He then made all the animals,
The Fish, the birds and bees.
And when at last He’d finished,
Not one was quite the same.
He said, “I’ll walk this would of mine,
and give each one a name.”
AND
So He traveled far and wide
And everywhere he went,
A little creature followed him
Until its strength was spent.
When all were named upon the earth
And in the sky and sea,
The little creature said, “Dear Lord,
There’s not one left for me.”
Kindly The Father said to him,
I’ve left you to the end.
I’ve turned my own name back to front

and called you dog, my friend.”

Therapy Dog Taking A Nap
Therapy dog...Lucy, is extremely tired after visiting people to help them recover / heal from their mental stress and emotional ailments.
God never gets tired of me and always want to spend time with me, and so does my dog...whereas; I am the one who walks away. God waits on us and loves us no matter what. He is forgiving. Dogs reflect all these aspects of God. Love is there on both the ends.

Most Christian dog lovers do not realize, or perhaps have even contemplated, that a dog's heart and soul emanates a radiant witness of Heaven's virtues-with the greatest of this is love.  The beloved endowments they carry, bestowed from the very throne of the almighty Creator God, are in honor and glory of our Blessed Lord and Savior, Jesus.
Did You Know . . .

A dog depicts a beautiful picture and likeness of Kingdom of Heaven teachings and commandments?

That these fabulous creatures reflect and witness of Godly virtues that would help in the Christian walk?

A dog is a living, breathing, example and testimony of how God's light should shine in us?

That dogs portray and illustrate a fascinating parallel of discipleship qualities to the master?

Did you ever think to look for Jesus in your dog?
